While we were in the States, Thomas and I bewailed the weight that we gained. We just didn't get the natural exercise that we get here in Russia. For instance, I just plowed through the snow on the sidewalks with Isaiah's wheelchair (and Isaiah in it, of course). It took us almost 30 minutes to walk to the metro, what would normally take about 15 minutes without snow.
And what are those muscles called at the back of your upper arm? Deltoids? Well, mine hurt now, but that's a good thing. And I feel pretty good about my sore arms and tired legs. Gotta get rid of the softness! :)
I think I'll be in much better shape for delivery come June!
